The ACCIS Fall Conference brings together information technology leaders from across Washington's public sector for five days of professional development, peer networking, and technology discovery. Attendance reaches well beyond counties and cities to include state agencies, metro agencies, emergency response, and GIS. It is the association's flagship event of the year.

Lead capture: Whova Passport Program, the conference's sole endorsed method

Partner Passes are not included in any partnership package. Registration is a two-step process: (1) purchase your partnership, then (2) purchase a pass for each attending staff member at $350 per person (no sales tax on passes). Both steps are required, with a minimum of one pass per partnership. Purchasing a partnership on its own does not register any staff to attend.
The ACCIS Fall Conference is one of the few venues where the people who set technology direction for Washington's counties, cities, and public agencies gather in one room. Partnership puts your team in front of them as a contributor to the community, not another vendor in an inbox.
The budget owners and evaluators who choose and renew the solutions their agencies run on, in one place for five days.
Five days of sessions, Showcase hours, and social events mean repeated, unhurried touchpoints a single sales call can't replicate.
Mainstage and breakout slots let you lead with expertise and education rather than a pitch, positioning you as a trusted advisor.
The Whova Passport Program drives attendees to your table and captures opt-in contacts, a concrete record of who you met.
Every mainstage and breakout presentation reaches both the in-room audience and virtual attendees.
Your partnership directly funds the programming that keeps Washington's local government IT community strong, and attendees know it.
Counties and cities from across Washington, plus state agencies, metro agencies, emergency response, GIS teams, and special districts. Our most recent conference drew 195+ attendees from 85+ organizations, spanning 24 Washington counties and 45+ cities, with 130+ joining in person and 60+ virtually. Recent attendees include King, Pierce, Snohomish, Spokane, and Clark counties; the cities of Seattle, Tacoma, Bellevue, Spokane, and Vancouver; and agencies such as WaTech, the Washington State Auditor's Office, and the Port of Everett.

A Showcase Partnership ($2,000) with two partner passes ($700), Whova Passport lead capture ($500), and table power ($150) comes to $3,350 before travel and lodging.
Every partnership includes a 6-foot draped table with two chairs in a high-traffic area, plus complimentary conference Wi-Fi. Power is included at Knowledge and above; Showcase partners may add power for $150.
The conference's sole endorsed lead-capture method. Complimentary at Knowledge and above. Available to Showcase partners for a $500 enrollment fee.
Passes are purchased separately, minimum one per partnership, at $350 per person up to your tier's maximum. Registration collects each person's ADA needs, food allergies, and emergency contact.
All partners receive a pre- and post-event attendee list (name, title, organization). It is not a solicitation list; direct outreach is limited to the opt-in Whova Passport Program.
All mainstage and breakout presentations reach both in-person and virtual audiences and are recorded; recordings typically remain available for about a month after the conference. ACCIS provides full AV support at no additional cost for all partner presentations.
Presentation Content Policy. Partner sessions must deliver substantive, practical, vendor-neutral value: real-world examples, lessons learned, and takeaways attendees can apply, not product pitches. Pricing, competitive comparisons, and direct sales calls-to-action are not appropriate for the session format.
Put your brand on a moment attendees actually remember: coffee, wellness, headshots, the Wi-Fi everyone logs into, or a reception you host. By inquiry, coordinated with the events team, and separate from standard registration.
Made-to-order espresso and energy drinks each morning, a dirty-soda bar each afternoon, every drink free to attendees and compliments of you. Sponsor a slot, a full day, or the whole event; the more you take, the lower the per-slot rate, and a full product earns naming rights and your table at the bar.
| Tue | Wed | Both | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Morning espresso | $2,250 | $2,250 | $4,000 |
| Afternoon soda | $1,750 | $1,750 | $3,200 |
| Full day | $3,500 | $3,500 | $6,000 |
Thursday morning espresso also available · full event names the entire bar. From $1,750.
On-site massage and chiropractic adjustments across both full days, free to attendees and courtesy of your brand. Includes a mainstage call-out, signage, and (both days) your table beside the lounge. In partnership with Custom On Site Health.
A quick-service pro headshot studio, free to attendees, plus photo-linking: attendees scan a QR code to opt in and event photos they appear in are added to their profile. Mainstage call-out and signage; both days includes your table at the studio.
Free conference Wi-Fi, presented by your brand: the network itself carries your name (a branded SSID attendees select), plus Wi-Fi info cards and signage. Your name everywhere attendees connect, all five days.
Hosting a private dinner or reception during the conference? Our event and reception planning support gives you local knowledge, venue and catering relationships, and coordination with the official schedule. Available to all partners.
All Premium Experiences are by inquiry: events@accis-wa.org.
Add-ons let any partner deepen engagement beyond their core package. Availability and pricing for some vary by tier; all are selected during registration.

The conference's sole endorsed lead-capture method. Attendees collect digital stamps by visiting enrolled partners and complete their passport to qualify for prizes.

Registration is a required two-step process: purchase your partnership, then purchase a Partner Pass for every attending staff member. Buying a partnership reserves your space, but on its own it does not register anyone to attend. Limited tiers are awarded first come and sell out early.
Select your tier and add-ons, then complete the purchase. This reserves your Showcase space, presentation slot, and branding.
Register and purchase a pass for every attending staff member, minimum one. Passes are $350 each, up to your tier's maximum.
Send your final logo and presentation materials, book your room block, and we'll see you at Muckleshoot this October.
