Attending the Conference
How do I register, and what does it cost?
Standard registration is $450 for ACCIS members, whether you attend in person or virtually. Community and public-sector attendees who are not ACCIS members register at the Community Non-Member rate ($675), with separate in-person and virtual options at the same price. Attendees representing a private-sector business who are not purchasing a partnership register with the Private Sector Attendee pass ($1,250, in-person). Start on the Attendee Registration page.
I'm with a private company but don't want a partnership. Can I attend?
Yes. Register with the Private Sector Attendee pass on the Attendee Registration page. The standard rates are intended for ACCIS members and public-sector professionals. Companies seeking branding, a Showcase table, lead capture, or a speaking opportunity should explore an Industry Partnership instead.
What's the difference between in-person and virtual?
In-person gives you full access to every session, the Showcase, and all networking events. Virtual is livestream access to every mainstage and breakout session from anywhere via the Whova app; all virtual interaction happens in Whova, and session recordings typically remain available for about a month after the conference.
Where do I stay, and is there a discounted rate?
A discounted room block is held at the Muckleshoot Casino Resort at $169/night (single or double, plus 12.5% tax), with a group-rate cutoff of September 27, 2026. Book by phone at 1-800-804-4944 and ask for the ACCIS Fall Conference group block; booking is phone only, and online booking is not available. Full details are on the Lodging page. ACCIS hosts the room block, but all reservations, changes, and cancellations are handled directly by the resort.
Can I register several people at once?
Yes, people can register in groups. While registering, you'll have the option to add additional attendees. Each person needs a unique individual email address; shared or group addresses can't be used.
Can I bring a guest to the reception?
Yes. Guest registration provides access to the evening reception(s). [Which receptions and what guest registration includes for ACCIS to be confirmed; the opening reception is Monday, October 19.] It does not include conference sessions, workshops, or other meals.
Partnering & the Showcase
Are partner passes included in my partnership?
No. Partner Passes are not included in any tier. Registration is two steps: purchase your partnership, then purchase a pass for each attending staff member at $350 per person, up to your tier's maximum, with no sales tax on passes. Both steps are required, minimum one pass. See the Partner Registration page.
How many staff can we bring?
Each tier sets a pass maximum: Premier 6; Visionary, Strategic, Innovation, Solution, and Learning Lab 5; Knowledge 4; Showcase 3. Additional passes may be purchased at $350 each, subject to availability.
How much will a partnership cost in total?
Your total is the tier price plus $350 per Partner Pass. The prospectus includes a cost estimator.
How long do we need to staff our Showcase table?
The Showcase runs alongside sessions. Partners must be present for the entirety of Tuesday and Wednesday; Thursday is a half day to close out the Showcase. Early teardown or departure may affect your partnership standing and your presence at future ACCIS conferences. Exact hours and teardown windows will be confirmed to registered partners. See the partner schedule in the prospectus.
What is the Whova Passport Program?
It's the conference's endorsed lead-capture method. Attendees collect digital stamps by visiting enrolled partner tables and complete their passport to qualify for prizes, driving real foot traffic to you. Complimentary at Knowledge and above; $500 for Showcase partners.
Is power and Wi-Fi provided at Showcase tables?
Conference Wi-Fi is complimentary for everyone. Electrical power is included with higher tiers; Showcase partners may add power for a buy-up. [Details to be confirmed for ACCIS.]
How do we ship materials, and what are the setup rules?
The Showcase Guidelines cover everything logistical: shipping to the resort, load-in, Showcase hours, display rules, giveaways, and teardown.

What is the cancellation and refund policy?

Attendees: cancel by Sep 15, 2026 for a refund minus a $50 administrative fee (none after). No-shows forfeit all fees. If ACCIS must cancel the conference, registration fees are refunded.
Can a registration be transferred to someone else?
Yes. Attendee registrations may be transferred to another individual, and partnership fees may be transferred to another organization or representative. Email events@accis-wa.org to arrange a transfer.
What else am I agreeing to when I register?
The standard conference terms: your conference-issued badge is required for entry; attendees book their own lodging; professional conduct is expected; attending means you consent to appearing in conference photos and video; ACCIS may adjust the program, schedule, or venue with timely notice; and the terms are governed by Washington law.
