Washington's Premier County & City IT Gathering

The ACCIS Fall Conference brings together information technology leaders from across Washington's public sector for five days of professional development, peer networking, and technology discovery. Attendance reaches well beyond counties and cities to include state agencies, metro agencies, emergency response, and GIS. It is the association's flagship event of the year.

Important: Partner Pass Policy
Partner Passes are not included in any partnership package. Registration is a two-step process: (1) purchase your partnership, then (2) purchase a pass for each attending staff member at $350 per person (no sales tax on passes); both steps are required, with a minimum of one pass per partnership. Purchasing a partnership on its own does not register any staff to attend. Partnership fees and passes are billed separately, so you register only the staff you need, up to your tier's maximum.

Strategic, Innovation, and Solution share the same $8,500 investment, three distinct single-partner designations, each with its own 45-minute mainstage. Showcase Space: All Tiers

Every partnership includes a 6-foot draped table with two chairs in a high-traffic area, plus complimentary conference Wi-Fi. Power is included at Knowledge and above; Showcase partners may add power for $150.

Whova Passport Program

The conference's sole endorsed lead-capture method. Complimentary at Knowledge and above. Available to Showcase partners for a $500 enrollment fee.

Partner Passes

Passes are purchased separately, minimum one per partnership, at $350 per person up to your tier's maximum. Registration collects each person's ADA needs, food allergies, and emergency contact.

Attendee List

All partners receive a pre- and post-event attendee list (name, title, organization). It is not a solicitation list; direct outreach is limited to the opt-in Whova Passport Program.

All mainstage and breakout presentations reach both in-person and virtual audiences and are recorded; recordings typically remain available for about a month after the conference. ACCIS provides full AV support at no additional cost for all partner presentations.

Presentation Content Policy. Partner sessions must deliver substantive, practical, vendor-neutral value: real-world examples, lessons learned, and takeaways attendees can apply, not product pitches. Pricing, competitive comparisons, and direct sales calls-to-action are not appropriate for the session format.

Early teardown or departure may affect your partnership standing and your presence at future ACCIS conferences. Exact hours and teardown windows will be confirmed to registered partners.

Your Showcase Space: Tabletop Model

Each partnership includes a 6-foot draped table with two chairs and complimentary conference Wi-Fi. The Showcase is a tabletop environment, not floor booths. Pop-up banners are welcome within your tabletop footprint; large backdrops and floor displays are not permitted, so sightlines stay clear. Logo & Materials Requirements

A logo is collected during registration; final files are due Sep 3, 2026. All partners submit a primary horizontal logo and a stacked or square logo as high-resolution or vector files: .svg or .eps preferred, or .png/.jpg at minimum 300 DPI and 2,000px+ wide, transparent background preferred.

Are partner passes included in my partnership?

No. Partner Passes are not included in any tier. After purchasing your partnership (Step 1), you purchase a pass for each attending staff member (Step 2) at $350 per person, up to your tier's maximum. Both steps are required, minimum one pass.

How many staff can we bring?

A minimum of one pass is required. Each tier sets a maximum: Premier 6; Visionary, Strategic, Innovation, Solution, and Learning Lab 5; Knowledge 4; Showcase 3. Up to 2 additional passes beyond the maximum may be purchased at $350 each, subject to availability. A split partnership raises the maximum by one.

How long do we need to staff our Showcase table?

Yes. All mainstage and breakout presentations reach both in-person and virtual audiences, and recordings typically remain available for about a month. All virtual interaction happens in the Whova app. ACCIS provides full AV support at no additional cost.

Can two organizations share one partnership?

Yes, through Split Registration. Two organizations share one Showcase space and branding for an added flat fee ($500 Showcase / $1,000 Knowledge / $1,500 Innovation and above), and the tier's pass maximum increases by one. Split deadline: Aug 28, 2026.

What are the payment terms and cancellation policy?

Pay by credit card (the charge appears as e3 Creative), invoice or purchase order (net 30), or check payable to ACCIS, Attn: E3 Creative, PO Box 6104, Olympia, WA 98507. Payment is due in full by Oct 15, 2026; partnerships canceled before Aug 28, 2026 receive a 50% refund, none after. If ACCIS must cancel the conference, fees are refunded in full.
