A Required Two-Step Process
Both steps are required. Purchasing a partnership reserves your space, but on its own it does not register anyone to attend. Your partnership is finalized only once you have also purchased at least one Partner Pass.

Select and purchase your partnership tier (or Showcase package). This reserves your place in the Showcase and your tier benefits. On its own, it does not register any staff to attend.

Register Partner Passes →Both Step 1 and Step 2 must be completed to finalize your partnership. A partnership purchased without at least one Partner Pass is not considered complete, and no attendees are registered until Step 2 is done.

Partner Passes are not included in any tier. After purchasing your partnership, register one pass per attending staff member at $350 each, up to your tier's maximum (minimum one), with no sales tax on passes. Each pass asks for the staff member's unique email, ADA needs, food allergies, and emergency contact.
